For products designed to experience physical contact during soccer, normal marks, surface wear, and other signs of ordinary athletic use are not necessarily manufacturing defects.

Silvertip X may request that the product be returned for inspection.

8. PRODUCT SAFETY & ATHLETIC EQUIPMENT DISCLAIMER

Silvertip X products are designed for their intended athletic purposes.

Soccer is a physically demanding sport involving running, kicking, collisions, falls, and contact with other players and equipment.

No soccer equipment can eliminate the risk of injury.

Silvertip X products should not be represented or understood as providing guaranteed protection from injury.

Players should:

  • Use products only for their intended purpose

  • Follow product-specific instructions

  • Properly install and adjust equipment

  • Inspect equipment before use

  • Replace damaged equipment

  • Stop using products that are cracked, broken, significantly damaged, or otherwise compromised

Parents, guardians, coaches, and athletes are responsible for determining whether equipment is appropriate for the individual player's age, size, skill level, and intended use.

9. SHIN GUARD DISCLAIMER

Silvertip X shin guards are designed to provide coverage and impact protection during soccer activity.

However, shin guards cannot prevent all injuries.

Protection may vary depending on:

  • Impact force

  • Impact location

  • Fit

  • Position of the guard

  • Player movement

  • Type of collision

  • Proper installation and use

A properly fitted shin guard should be worn as intended and inspected regularly.

Do not use a shin guard that is cracked, broken, severely damaged, or otherwise compromised.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gateway Athlete LLC, Silvertip X, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, representatives, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Use of the website

  • Inability to use the website

  • Purchase or use of Silvertip X products

  • Product misuse

  • Website interruptions

  • Third-party services

  • Unauthorized access to information

  • Other matters arising from your relationship with Silvertip X
